I understand that selling and/or buying a home is the most personal and costly transaction that most people will ever undertake in their lifetimes. Because it can be a very stressful and sometimes emotional experience, I am committed to devoting myself and my resources to serving the needs of my clients and making each real estate transaction as trouble-free as possible. 

I have been an Evergreen and Denver, Colorado resident since 1976 and a Residential Sales Specialist of Denver-Metro-West/Foothill properties since 1997.  I previously worked with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and currently work as a RE/MAX Alliance affiliate and owner/president of Ike Realty, LLC (Investment Properties). I hold a Bachelor Studies in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialty in Marketing.  I’m a Certified Relocation Specialist (CMRS), a Certified Mountain Area Specialist(CMAS) and consistently study are changing Real Estate market  to better educate and facilitate my clients in their pursuit of Buying and Selling homes.  I earn yearly awards for high levels of production and outstanding performance and participate as a board member of the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors.

Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $1.025M in Evergreen, CO.

Brad was our agent last year and I have to say, he is a very competent agent.
My husband and I live in LA and we are moving to CO. We start out search last August(2017) when we met Brad. Then everything went really fast and smooth from that point on.
Brad was really fast in finding the houses we might have liked. He took time to understand our “must have list” and was really fast in contacting us or returning our phone calls - great communication was the key when finding a house from out of town and Brad was excellent at that.
He went on his own and took a look at the houses we might like and knew exactly if we are going to actually like it or not. As soon we narrowed it to a couple of houses my husband and I would make the trip to CO to check it out in person. This process only took us 3 trips to finally decide on the house (and only because we changed our minds about being move-in to a remodel).
Brad also organized the dates and timeline for what was supposed to happen since the day we bought. And it was a really fast process - we put an offer and close the deal in a month. So again, fast and honest communication was key for us. Brad was also present for the inspections. He knows a lot of contractors and inspectors and would send us the details of what was going on right way.
When making a decision as important as this one and being out of town, when you don’t know anyone around, it is very stressful. But having Brad on our team and helping us with everything made the process go much better than we could have hoped.
